Je me souviens \u00e9galement de l&#8217;avoir utilis\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. L\u2019expression \u00abcolle tes omoplates\u00bb \u00e9tait cens\u00e9e amener les gens dans la bonne posture, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour les exercices de tirage. C&#8217;\u00e9tait aussi cens\u00e9 \u00eatre le moyen de stabiliser la scapula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais ensuite, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que c&#8217;\u00e9tait faux. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que je continuais \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 grandir, j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me demander si l&#8217;intention de cette expression conduisait r\u00e9ellement au r\u00e9sultat appropri\u00e9. Ne vous m\u00e9prenez pas, les rhombo\u00efdes sont absolument un muscle scapulo thoracique important impliqu\u00e9 dans la rotation et la stabilit\u00e9 scapulaire. En raison de l&#8217;angle des fibres, ils occasionnent \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation de la scapula avec l&#8217;assistance de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vateur de la scapula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coller les omoplates g\u00e9n\u00e8re un r\u00e9traction et une \u00e9l\u00e9vation excessive de la scapula qui peuvent \u00e9galement conduire \u00e0 une activation excessive du trap\u00e8ze sup\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette activation excessive du trap\u00e8ze sup\u00e9rieur peut inhiber davantage le trap\u00e8ze inf\u00e9rieur, cr\u00e9ant un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre suppl\u00e9mentaire avec le petit pec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici comment tu peux vraiment ressentir ce que je veux dire:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Tiens les bras tendus devant toi<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Colle l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tes omoplates<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Maintenant, concentre-toi sur les coller vraiment fort ensemble, comme si quelqu&#8217;un te disait de \u00abpincer un crayon entre eux\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Sens-tu que toute la ceinture scapulaire s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ASSURE-TOI DE REGARDER LA VID\u00c9O YOUTUBE POUR VOIR \u00c0 QUOI CELA RESSEMBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&#8217;une part, cette position trop r\u00e9tract\u00e9e et sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e n&#8217;est pas la plus avantageuse pour le mouvement. Bien s\u00fbr, certains diront que cela d\u00e9pend de QUEL mouvement et POURQUOI on le fait, mais nous discuterons du contexte plus tard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus important encore, si les rhombo\u00efdes deviennent tr\u00e8s facilit\u00e9s ou m\u00eame raccourcis de mani\u00e8re adaptative, cela perturbe le couple de force avec le serratus ant\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et comme les trap\u00e8zes sup\u00e9rieurs deviennent de plus en plus facilit\u00e9s, il devient de plus en plus difficile pour les trap\u00e8zes inf\u00e9rieurs de s&#8217;activer \u00e0 un niveau suffisant pour faire leur travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>MOUVEMENT AU-DESSUS DE LA T\u00caTE VS TIRAGE HORIZONTAL<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les mouvements au-dessus de la t\u00eate, la scapula doit faire une rotation lat\u00e9rale et une protraction. Pourtant, j&#8217;entend tout de m\u00eame l\u2019expression \u00abcolle tes omoplates\u00bb utilis\u00e9e pour les tractions de la scap, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u201cscap pull-ups\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permets-moi d&#8217;\u00eatre clair: <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il n&#8217;est pas possible de coller les omoplates, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire d&#8217;essayer de faire une rotation m\u00e9diale et une r\u00e9traction, avec les bras au-dessus de la t\u00eate<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous voulons, cependant, cr\u00e9er une position stable \u00e0 partir de laquelle tirer. Elle n\u2019enseigne pas non plus et je pense que trop souvent des expressions sont utilis\u00e9es au lieu d\u2019enseigner aux clients la bonne fa\u00e7on de bouger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque tu dis \u00abcolle tes omoplates\u00bb, ce que tu veux essentiellement, c&#8217;est stabiliser la scapula pour le mouvement. Comme je l&#8217;ai mentionn\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t, cr\u00e9er une stabilit\u00e9 scapulo thoracique est beaucoup plus complexe que de coller les omoplates ensemble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fait, une position de tirage optimale n\u00e9cessite ni une r\u00e9traction compl\u00e8te, ni une protraction compl\u00e8te. Ce que nous voulons pour \u00abfixer\u00bb les scapulas, c&#8217;est un \u00e9quilibre subtil des deux. L&#8217;exercice <\/span><b>prone retract &amp; reach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour cr\u00e9er cette prise de conscience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;accent est mis sur la rotation des \u00e9paules pour les d\u00e9coller du sol, puis sur l\u2019abaissement en imaginant qu\u2019on veut atteindre les talons avec les doigts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu verras que les scapula feront naturellement une r\u00e9traction, mais beaucoup moins prononc\u00e9e que si tu essaies de coller tes omoplates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Prone retract and reach article statique\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/530292569?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"563\" height=\"1000\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que ton client a acquis la sensation de cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment de \u00abrotation des \u00e9paules\u00bb, il peut transf\u00e9rer cette l\u00e9g\u00e8re r\u00e9traction et d\u00e9pression avec ses mains sur des halt\u00e8res en cr\u00e9ant une force de rotation externe via les mains. Cela te rappellera probablement l\u2019expression \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">break the bar<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb, \u00e9galement c\u00e9l\u00e8bre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un excellent exercice de tirage horizontal pour cr\u00e9er cet \u00e9quilibre subtil de protraction et de r\u00e9traction scapulaire est le Pendlay row. Ces couples de force fournissent la stabilit\u00e9 dynamique pour maintenir l&#8217;articulation dans une position qui permettra l&#8217;avantage m\u00e9canique le plus efficace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une posture statique, comme la r\u00e9traction, n&#8217;est pas la solution et peut m\u00eame causer des probl\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre musculaire et de patrons d&#8217;activation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors, arr\u00eate de dire \u00e0 tes clients de coller les omoplates et apprends leur la bonne fa\u00e7on de stabiliser la scapula.
