L&#8217;utilisation de bandes pour identifier un mouvement n&#8217;a rien de nouveau, mais comme pour tout dans l&#8217;industrie, les outils ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s sans la r\u00e9flexion critique essentielle sur les raisons de leur utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, une strat\u00e9gie courante pour adresser les genoux qui se d\u00e9placent vers l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur pendant les squats consiste \u00e0 utiliser une bande autour des genoux pour aider \u00e0 \u00ab sortir les genoux \u00bb. Ce que je veux dire, c&#8217;est que le genou \u00e9tant une articulation interm\u00e9diaire, il d\u00e9pend fortement de la hanche et du pied pour son alignement optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jospt.org\/doi\/full\/10.2519\/jospt.2012.4041\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bittencourt et al. (2012)<\/a> a analys\u00e9 la contribution de l&#8217;alignement de l&#8217;avant-pied, la rotation interne passive de la hanche et le torque en abduction de la hanche aux angles de projection frontale du genou (ou valgus du genou) lors d&#8217;un squat unilat\u00e9rale et lors de l&#8217;atterrissage d&#8217;un saut vertical. Les premiers pr\u00e9dicteurs d&#8217;une projection frontale \u00e9lev\u00e9e du genou \u00e9taient le torque en abduction de la hanche pour le squat sur une jambe et l&#8217;alignement de l&#8217;avant-pied pour la t\u00e2che d&#8217;atterrissage.<\/p>\n<p>Cela d\u00e9montre l&#8217;importance du pied et de la hanche dans l&#8217;alignement optimal du genou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le pied<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il existe une relation \u00e9troite entre le pied et la hanche o\u00f9 le mouvement du pied est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 proximalement \u00e0 la hanche et les mouvements de la hanche, distalement vers le pied. Comme vous pouvez l&#8217;imaginer, cela entra\u00eene un effet net au niveau du genou.<\/p>\n<p>Ces couples de forces sont une notion importante \u00e0 conna\u00eetre. La dorsiflexion et l&#8217;\u00e9version sont coupl\u00e9es \u00e0 la rotation interne du tibia et de la hanche et la flexion et l&#8217;inversion plantaire sont coupl\u00e9es \u00e0 la rotation externe du tibia et de la hanche. La pronation du pied est une combinaison de dorsiflexion, d&#8217;\u00e9version et d&#8217;abduction de l&#8217;avant-pied.<\/p>\n<p>Si quelqu&#8217;un a une pronation excessive ou ne contr\u00f4le pas la pronation, cela cr\u00e9era une rotation interne au niveau du tibia et de la hanche, et le genou n&#8217;a nulle part d&#8217;autre o\u00f9 aller que vers l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. Placer une bande entre les genoux ne r\u00e9soudra probablement pas le probl\u00e8me de stabilit\u00e9 du pied, et en fait, il risque probablement de le perp\u00e9tuer. Si le torque de rotation interne produit par la masse de la jambe permet une grande amplitude de mouvement passive en rotation interne, cela repr\u00e9sente une rigidit\u00e9 relativement faible de la hanche.<\/p>\n<p>Tel que mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, le torque d&#8217;abduction de la hanche \u00e9tait le principal facteur pr\u00e9dictif de valgus du genou o\u00f9 :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Faible<\/strong> torque en abduction de la hanche X Rotation interne passive <strong>\u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0 = <strong>Augmentation<\/strong> du valgus du genou<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Torque en abduction de la hanche <strong>\u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> X Rotation interne passive <strong>\u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong> de la hanche = <strong>Diminution<\/strong> du valgus du genou<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que si une personne a une rotation interne passive \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la hanche (ou une faible rigidit\u00e9), elle a besoin de plus de force d&#8217;abduction de la hanche pour \u00e9viter le valgus du genou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Torque en abduction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une autre utilisation courante des bandes autour des genoux est de cibler le moyen fessier. Cependant, lors de la flexion de la hanche, les fibres ant\u00e9rieures du fessier inversent leur action rotative et deviennent des rotateurs internes de la hanche. De plus, l&#8217;\u00e9tude de Bittencourt et al. Les exercices d&#8217;abduction de la hanche fonctionnent bien pour identifier, isoler et contracter le fessier pour une meilleure connexion esprit-muscle, mais<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">les exercices en cha\u00eene ferm\u00e9e produisent en fait des niveaux d&#8217;activation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et repr\u00e9sentent mieux la fonction r\u00e9elle du moyen fessier<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En effet, lors d&#8217;un exercice de <em>band walk<\/em>, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la jambe d&#8217;appui avait des niveaux d&#8217;activation des fessiers plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que la jambe de marche.<\/p>\n<p>Le <em>Stork exercise<\/em> et les exercices de support unipodal d\u00e9montr\u00e9s dans la vid\u00e9o principale de cet article sont des exercices efficaces pour exploiter cette activation en cha\u00eene ferm\u00e9e et la stabilit\u00e9 du plan frontal:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Stork exercise\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/397279597?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"563\" height=\"1000\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Assurez-vous de regarder la vid\u00e9o principale pour voir comment ces exercices sont effectu\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>REGARDER EN HAUT ET EN BAS<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;une bande entre les genoux pendant les squats est une strat\u00e9gie que nous voyons encore et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e avec des adeptes de l&#8217;entra\u00eenement peu exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s car ils ont tendance \u00e0 laisser les genoux s&#8217;affaisser pendant les squats. Cependant, une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de Reece et al. (2020) a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;une bande de r\u00e9sistance au niveau des genoux pendant les squats augmentait en fait le valgus du genou, <strong>en particulier<\/strong> chez les personnes non habitu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;utiliser (les sujets de cette \u00e9tude n&#8217;avaient jamais fait des squats avec une bande de r\u00e9sistance auparavant). Ne sont-ils pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les personnes cibl\u00e9es pour l&#8217;utilisation de bandes entre les genoux ?<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats sont en partie dus au fait que les sujets n&#8217;avaient pas la force d&#8217;abduction pour surmonter la r\u00e9sistance de la bande. Comme je l&#8217;ai mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, il n&#8217;est pas surprenant que l&#8217;application d&#8217;une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 quelque chose qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 faible n&#8217;offre pas des r\u00e9sultats optimaux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le genou est une articulation interm\u00e9diaire, nous devons consid\u00e9rer le pied, la cheville et la hanche comme des pr\u00e9curseurs des erreurs de mouvement refl\u00e9t\u00e9es au niveau du genou.
