La prescription par d\u00e9faut de 3 x 10 semble ancr\u00e9e, issue de la recherche et de la litt\u00e9rature. Cependant, il est grand temps de s&#8217;affranchir de ce moule conventionnel et d&#8217;explorer le spectre plus large des possibilit\u00e9s offertes par nos routines de r\u00e9hab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un aspect crucial qui tend \u00e0 \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9 est l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9hab. Si le volume joue un r\u00f4le, l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 est la pi\u00e8ce manquante souvent sous-estim\u00e9e. Nous nous retrouvons souvent \u00e0 naviguer dans des exercices de r\u00e9hab qui, parce qu&#8217;ils manquent d&#8217;intensit\u00e9, n&#8217;ont pas la surcharge n\u00e9cessaire pour stimuler r\u00e9ellement les progr\u00e8s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recalibrons donc notre approche de la r\u00e9hab et adoptons une compr\u00e9hension plus profonde de l&#8217;intensit\u00e9. Plut\u00f4t que de nous contenter d&#8217;une progression lin\u00e9aire, comme l&#8217;augmentation de la charge et la diminution des r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, explorons la mani\u00e8re dont nous pouvons solliciter les tissus de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique. Cela implique d&#8217;identifier les positions vuln\u00e9rables dans l&#8217;amplitude du mouvement qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement prot\u00e9g\u00e9es au cours des premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de la r\u00e9hab et sont maintenant pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un stress m\u00e9canique contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&#8217;est l\u00e0 qu&#8217;intervient la technique du d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9, une m\u00e9thodologie bien \u00e9tablie dans le monde de l&#8217;entra\u00eenement, mais qui m\u00e9rite une plus grande attention dans le domaine de la r\u00e9hab. Le principe de base du d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 initier une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un \u00e9tat d&#8217;inertie, ce qui diff\u00e8re nettement du flux excentrique-concentrique typique. En \u00e9liminant le stockage d&#8217;\u00e9nergie potentielle, le d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 intensifie la phase concentrique du mouvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passons maintenant aux applications pratiques avec quelques exercices de d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Box Squat :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En commen\u00e7ant par le box squat, nous insistons sur l&#8217;importance de maintenir la tension tout au long du mouvement. Un pi\u00e8ge courant \u00e0 \u00e9viter est de se pencher en arri\u00e8re sur la bo\u00eete. Au lieu de cela, nous pr\u00e9conisons un d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 sur la bo\u00eete tout en maintenant la tension et un arr\u00eat d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de deux \u00e0 trois secondes. Cet exercice peut \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les personnes qui se remettent d&#8217;une lombalgie ou d&#8217;une blessure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Le Anderson squat : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Anderson squat pr\u00e9sente une perspective unique en commen\u00e7ant le squat par le bas plut\u00f4t que par le haut. Cet exercice est id\u00e9al pour les personnes qui se remettent d&#8217;un conflit f\u00e9moro ac\u00e9tabulaire. La pause contr\u00f4l\u00e9e au bas de l&#8217;amplitude assure un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9, exposant progressivement la hanche \u00e0 la flexion profonde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 la trap bar : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En nous concentrant sur les squats, nous explorons le d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 la trap bar. Il s&#8217;agit de s&#8217;arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement sur le sol, avec le d\u00e9fi suppl\u00e9mentaire d&#8217;un squat avec charge in\u00e9gale \u00e0 la barre.\u00a0 Cet exercice est tr\u00e8s utile pour traiter les blessures \u00e0 la cheville, au genou, \u00e0 la hanche ou au bas du dos, car il oblige les individus \u00e0 s&#8217;arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement sur le sol et \u00e0 r\u00e9partir la charge sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que l\u2019autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors que nous terminons notre exploration de la technique du d\u00e9part arr\u00eat\u00e9, il est essentiel de reconna\u00eetre que l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 ne se limite pas \u00e0 la charge.
