Mobility for Prehab and Performance

There is a great semantic dispute over mobility – what it is, how to improve it. What is the difference between mobility and flexibility?

Foam rolling and various other forms of self-massage have been attributed to many different effects, but are only a passive subset of what it takes to improve mobility. Active components such as proprioception and sensory information are also critical in making lasting changes in the way people move.

Your clients are going to move based on the resources they possess. If you want them to move differently, you need to give them access to more resources. This course will provide you with the know-how to build an individualized targeted intervention aimed at making your clients more capable of movement.
