The Level 2 Movement Optimization online course addresses the importance of strength in the continuum of care. This course focuses on rehab periodization to effectively manage load, drive progress, and maximize performance while still protecting the injury. Common injuries such as rotator cuff and patellofemoral tendinopathy, hip impingement and low back pain are extensively covered to provide you with the know-how to build optimal rehab training programs.

The Level 1 course is not a prerequisite to join this course. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Level 2 Movement Optimization for Prehab and Performance certificate.
If you have completed the Level 1 course, you will now be able to earn your Movement & Performance Therapy Specialist credential.
