Level 2

Movement Optimization for Prehab and Performance
Level 2

How do you as a trainer or therapist bridge the gap from injury to performance? How do you build strength during the rehab process?  This is critical to ensure you become an asset to your clients during their rehabilitation.

The Level 2 Movement Optimization online course addresses the importance of strength in the continuum of care.  This course focuses on rehab periodization to effectively manage load, drive progress, and maximize performance while still protecting the injury.  Common injuries such as rotator cuff and patellofemoral tendinopathy, hip impingement and low back pain are extensively covered to provide you with the know-how to build optimal rehab training programs.

Our online course is supported by in-depth video content to provide you with a captivating and complete learning experience in the comfort of your home without the hassle and expense of travel.

Our lifetime access allows you to learn at your own pace and refer back to the content as needed.

The Level 1 course is not a prerequisite to join this course.  Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Level 2 Movement Optimization for Prehab and Performance certificate.

If you have completed the Level 1 course, you will now be able to earn your Movement & Performance Therapy Specialist credential.
