Feel 10x more confident helping athletes
As a trainer or therapist, you deal with this all the time: you’ve got clients reaching out to you for specific exercise programs to help them get back to their athletic endeavors. Performance of athletic movements like throwing, swinging, striking and change of direction requires an optimal and efficient transfer of forces.
This transfer of forces involves kinetic and kinematic components that should be part of any comprehensive injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance structure.
This course provides you with the tools and strategies to build effective training programs and progressions to restore fundamental athletic movement and create adaptations to meet sport-specific demands.

Movement Optimization is about identifying and addressing the specific functional barriers that limit your movement (mobility, stability and motor control) and prevent you from achieving your optimal performance potential. This 12-week package provides you with a specific regimen that can be utilized as a stand-alone program or as an add-on to your current training regimen/performance programming. Where needed, we work in collaboration with your strength coach/trainer to integrate appropriate correctives that target movement deficits specific to your training to optimize performance and prevent injury.
Your 12-week session begins with a Skype kick-off call where we discuss your current training regimen and areas for improvement. A second Skype call will follow post-assessment, so that we can discuss our findings and explain the prescribed programming. Videos of all prescribed exercises are accessible in the video library. Your strength coach/trainer is welcome to participate in all Skype calls.
