Level 2

Movement Optimization for Prehab and Performance

2-day live course

How do you as a trainer or therapist bridge the gap from injury to performance? How do you build strength during the rehab process?  This is critical to ensure you become an asset to your clients during their rehabilitation.

Level 2 Movement Optimization is a 2-day live course that addresses the importance of strength in the continuum of care.  This course focuses on rehab periodization to effectively manage load, drive progress, and maximize performance while still protecting the injury.

Common injuries such as rotator cuff and patellofemoral tendinopathy, hip impingement and low back pain are extensively covered to provide you with the know-how to build optimal rehab training programs.

The Level 1 course is not a prerequisite to join this course.
